Hi, I got an original Gerber offer form, then got the e-mail, bought the car but the dealer didn't asked for the offer form. Now after few months waitinig for the rebate I contacted Mazda and they told me they need the original offer form, but I can't find it. Do you guys have one I can use?

 

Call Gerber (1-800-4-GERBER) and ask them to send you another one. That's what I did about a month ago. The lady on the phone said as long as I have the certificate from Mazda already, she could send me another original flyer.

I will warn you though. I recently received an e-mail from Mazda stating that the Gerber rebate was now over, so I'm not sure if you can still convince Gerber to send you the flyer or not.

I'd say it's still worth a try... Good luck...

I just wanted to let you know that I believe Mazda has killed the Gerber program if you didn't get a code by September.

i emailed em yesterday and they replied and said the thing was over...

 

I got the e-mail and bought my 8 in June. Thank you guys for your help, I'm getting good answers from Mazda, Gerber, and my dealer.
