I was wondering if Mazda offered any type of Military Discounts on the 8? I tryed contacting them but never received a reply.

Nope, no such discount. Just make your best deal with your dealer. Research and pay invoice, plus there are some rebates out there.

I did not get a military discount but did not have to pay taxes on the car, plus got it under invioce. (Armywife here)

 

8_wannabe: Thanks for the info. The only rebate that I am awrae of is the Coll. Grad. rebate. Any others?

Holly: How did you get out of paying the taxes? I figured that was a must but they would discount on other items such as the packages offered.

Did luck out that the sales manager here is the spouse of a SeaBee stationed here. She cut me a great deal, but aside from that there aren't any specific "military" discounts like the ones Ford has run of late. You don't suppose it has anything to do with the fact that our cars ARE built in Hiroshima, do you?

We are state residents of Fl, only live in Ky now.

 

I have tried to play the "military card" here, to no avail....
