okay, this is my first post and id like to say there is FARRRR too much usable information on this website lol.

anyways back onto the topic at hand. Im looking into buying a used rx8. I live in arizona and plan on staying here for a very long time (i like it here). So far ive found used 8's down to 13k. But ive heard that putting a turbo on them is a biatch so i figured i would buy one already turbo'ed. The only 2 that really were options were a red one here in AZ that has a greddy turbo kit, 3 inch pipe (didnt say who), doesnt know if hes got e-manage or e-manage ultimate, doesnt know what kinda BOV or boost controller he has, plus he is spraying the intercooler with nitrous, so im trying to stay away from that, its got 39k in miles and its a 2005 in red, 6 speed manual tranny. FOR 16,500

The other one is a members car on here, its a black 2004 (i beleive) 6 speed manual tranny, greddy turbo kit, magnaflow exhaust, profec spec b boost controller, e-manage ultimate. With 55k miles. In las vegas NV. FOR 14,500

Now ive spoken to the guy who owns the black rx and he seems like a good guy and knows alot about his car where the other guy just told me that some place installed this and that and this and that and he didnt even know what was in his car.

So im learning heavily towards the black rx8 from the member on here. Itll be about a month till i can get a loan from the bank and sell my previous car, 96 honda civic ex coupe (i hate front wheel drive...).

Mods will be, HKS BOV, HKS hi power single exhaust, maybe a body kit, carbon fiber hood maybe, might do a little drifting action, dont know yet. Will also be daily driven.

The Black one sounds pretty awesome. Hopefully you get it! I really hate it when people don't know anything about the car they are driving. Makes you look VERY ignorant when trying to sell the car.
