I'm eyeing a 04 GT package 10k miles

Its gray with the beige/grey interior, has all options except navigation (GT Package) with 10k miles. I drive it, it was awesome. I could find no single defect whatsoever. Carfax was clean.
Dealers asking price is 22,481.
should I jump on this? getting tired of my 91 SHO...
