So I've had some MAJOR issues such as lost payments, poor customer service, and wrongly applied payments with my original lender. I got fed up recently and re-financed through my bank, which offers much better rates as well as service. I guess the geniuses thought I was paying it off early with my own money and sent the title to me instead of the new lender. This is the kind of stuff I've been dealing with for the last year.

It's soooo tempting to keep my mouth shut about this, but I'll call them and let them know. Eventually. :D
