I'm glad I'm not the only one to have passed 11000 miles in under a year of buying the car... :p

i'm on track for 26K miles a year. I already passed 9500 miles and I bought the car Aug 25 2005.

I saw, that was nuts :)

My last car was 39000 mi/yr :) I put 45K in the first year, then slowed down. Out of warranty in a little over 1 year.

Wow... what do you do with the car? Rally across the United States ;x

parents 500 miles round-trip away (monthly visits), girlfriend's parents 200 miles round trip (visit weekly), 40 mile a day commute, then drove all over the place in general (trips to VT in winter, 500 miles, went to niagara falls, 1K round trip w/ detours, etc etc etc).

the car was driven proper though... redlined it every day on average, got all my 130hp worth, and got an average of 24mpg in the first year of ownership. then i toned down my driving and averaged 27mpg.

Your car was sold at auction with 6K miles? Why was that?

Trade in, it pretty common for a dealer to do so.

I've got over 13k and only had the car since June 2005. Time to find another car so I don't pass my lease miles!

I've put 4k on mine in the month and a half I've had it. I really just like driving it and drive for no reason like I did forever ago with my first car when I was 16.
