How do I replace 2004 RX 8 catalytic converters without spending a lot of $ in California. purchased an 8 on Craigs now come to find cats are hollowed out. 113k miles

its higher flowing than a stock cat, is emissions legal, and cheaper than stock cats from the dealer |

I think the State of California has the strictest emission testing in the nation.
