Bought for Wife - Picking Up next Sat.

Finalized purchase on Vel Red, GT pkg., AT, 6-disc chgr. Will be picking up at dealership this weekend. Car has 38XXX VIN, is it reasonable to expect latest PCM flash and correction of earlier AC issues? Also, what's the best way to operate the car with little or no chance of flooding. My wife will go nuts if it were to happen to her.

I have the same questions.I think the VIN on the car I just signed a lease for is in the vin range that need the M flash.I pumped the brakes a bunch with the ignition on and had the oil pressure needle made a sweep.I forgot to bring the tsb with me tonight to sign the papers, but told the manager I would fax them off to the salesman so that he could show the tech.I want the flash before I take delivery. What is the AC issue?would this vin be affected? jm1fexxxxxx32812
Thanks in advance.

bgard, you don't have to worry about flooding with an AT as much, since you can't stall. Just make sure the car is warmed up when your wife shuts it down - e.g. moving it from spot to spot, or VERY short trip across the street. Otherwise, you'll be fine.
