i think you must deal with the service mgr. to return ..
it is at their discression to hand over your check from mazda /
any clues ?

I do not know the details, but a T.Grey was returned to my dealer recently by the owner who had moved in from out of state - he apparently dealt directly with Mazda and the dealer's only involvement is keeping it on the lot until it's picked up and holding the key in the used car dept.
