I was just reading at miata.net. Looks like people are getting $9250 off on the Miata with MSRP of $27,200+. That's about 1/3 off. How much are people paying for 2008 left overs for the RX-8?

but some dealerships are shady, they will titled the 2008 model so they can sell it as used cars with "couple hundred" miles.

"Almost brand 2008 with couple hundred miles"

sounds a lot better to buyers than

"2008 left over with couple hundred miles"

 

It all depends upon how desperate your dealer is.

I still see some 2008 RX8, Actually, I think there are quite a lot of 2008 left of everything.
