hi all!
I plan to buy a 05 shinka with 30k miles for $19000 before taxes.
the car is in a mazda dealer in correct condition but not perfect. Some scratch on plastics on the central console, and some scratch on bumpers.
the dealer is olso not able to give any records about previous services, just the one they have done...
but the car still under warranty.
do you think it's a good deal?

thx for your response. what's make me afraid is that the car has not been seviced in a mazda dealership and i have no idea if services has been done in time. In the same way i'm not sure that the warranty is still running on the engine if i'm not able to give any services record

What i want to do before buying it is to be sure that the car is a good one. Where would be a good place to bring it for a control (compression test and a global check)?
In France every car that i have bought were well maintened with the services book up to date... that why i'm scare right now.

I'm in love with the rx8, and this one seems good.

Sounds good. I'll be a little worried if the dealer can not provide all the facts, make sure all the recalls have been performed on the car.
