2006 rx8 for $28,617

Hi, new to the forums. I've been searching for a while now and finally found one I am pretty interested in. Here are the details.

- Winning blue with black interior
- 6-speed manual
- Touring package
- Navigation system
- Rear wing spoiler
- Appearance package

dealer is oakland mazda. the guy said $33k is msrp and he could give it to me for $28,617 with rebates. im wondering if i should try for $28k b4 rebates or is that too low?

thanks for any help.

I wonder if we're going to see the huge discounts towards the end of the year like we did for the 05's. I know that happens for all cars, but it seemed quite a dramatic price drop for the 8.
