Hey all, first off, I'm new here and am thinking of getting an rx8

There's a 05 Shinka, manual with 67k miles on it that I'm looking at. Its being listed for $11,500. Everything seems to be working well and kept clean. Oh, the owner also mentioned that they just replaced the clutch.

What do you guys think? Is it a good deal for the price?

hell yeah good deal for you on a black cherry shinka (the best color, lol) ....so long as it's in good shape. did you get it checked out by a rotary mechanic before buying?

 

Call a Mazda Dealer and have them run the VIN to check that all TCBs have been done and ask for a compression check...

cornholio135: Thanks for the advice man, I'll get on that! I'm pretty much a noob with cars and have been doing a lot of reading through this site, so I appreciate all the advice I can get! I plan to get it detailed soon then start taking the pics
