04-05 vs 06 and up

Is there any major differences between, an 04/05 and 06-10, that would make me want a 2006 or better over an 04/05? Any difference like power wise, or reliability?

04-05 had lots of TSBs and problems, 06-08 had fewer and 09s have barely any....pretty standard for the progression of a car though

All the bad talk about 04's make me not want to buy them. I see so many good deals on 2004 lately. As long as the owner took care of the car and had all recalls and flashes done then the car should be fine. Right?

I'd say so.
