I've been waiting on the SS RX8 frame or whatever you come up with!

 

I was just thinking about this this morning and wondering what was happening with it? I'm finally going to give in and put my plates on, so I'm hoping to have a license plate frame to put them in. *wink*

 

Bleh finals may be over but summer lazyness has taken over, I'll try and have some mock ups by the end of next week.

 

Since I doubt you can mass-produce frames with individual user names on them you might be able to have the club name in a permanent location and another area set up to accept a decal or sticker for the user to apply their name. These could be printed and sold along with the frame at purchase or separately for later application (cars are sold, users change names, etc). Some people may be able to print their own if they already have the right supplies and equipment, as some have with the third brake light logos.

 

Got a referal to a company thats willing to do them at a fairly low qty, anyone for a group buy with several differnet finishes after I get some samples mid next week?

I could probably go for that! Right now I have the RX-8 ones that a friend got me for a "car warming" present. Of course, they aren't on the car yet because I haven't got my plates on the car yet, which should be tomorrow since I just got them finally. Yay!!!

I saw one in Kragen today in elegant black chrome. Basically, it's a chrome finish with a really dark sheen--really sharp-looking. It looks black from afar.

Could we have something like that?

Oh, and slim border, 2 holes on the top only, and 2 tabs on back along the bottom edge to hold the number plate in.
