Who was it tonight...
on 405 going south out of Bellevue around 9:45 - Black 8, first 3 numbers of license plate are 777?
Pulled next to me and I didn't notice cuz it was raining too hard and I was looking for room to move over to get out of the SLOW lane, lol. You flashed your brakes and I flashed my hi-beams. Then we played a little bit before you bombed off the exit by Newport Hills/Lake Lanes.
At first I thought it was FABRO, but then I noticed badges on the rear and the wheels weren't his...
