Different tire type can cause issues... Ask me how I know that...

You definitely need to be balanced left-to-right. Go buy a second tire and get installed on the other side (same end) as the your current misfit. What shop agreed to do this for you, BTW. They need a visit from Vito to help correct their ways. If you had gone with the same model tire as the one that got nailed, it wouldn't be an issue, most likely. Though, how many miles do you have on the car? That means more than the time you've had it. I put more than 1500 miles a month on my car (only 200 of those are for commuting, the rest is play).

I'm not sure what you're asking.

Front Driver's Side needs to match Front Passenger Side.
Rear Driver's Side needs to match Rear Passenger Side.

10% treadwear difference will be noticeable to a sensitive driver. 25% difference will be noticeable to anyone who's not asleep at the wheel. More than that and your getting into the realm of rather-to-very-dangerous.

Differing construction, tread pattern, and compound are all VERY BIG NO NO's. Go back and get the tire on the opposite side of the car changed too. Who the hell did this work for you any way? Any trustworthy shop would have explained all this to you, and should have had a policy against the setup you're currently running.
