The CD player and Ipod adapter quit working on my stereo. Any recomendations in the Portland that can repair it?

 

I don't really know what might've happened. But what ipod adapter do you have? Does it work with an iPhone 3G?

 

I have the Audio Link adapter. I have had it for about 4 years and no problems. Now the stereo does not acknowledge a CD or the Auxillary input.

Bump. Listening to the radio sucks. Any ideas other than the dealership?

 

You should see if you can isolate the problem to the head unit or the ipod link unit. If it's the link unit, I'm not even sure it's worth fixing since new ones are $130-150?

The website looks pretty ghetto, but they've been around for quite a while.

If not, try calling Inner Sound in Portland. I think they only do home audio, but they might know a place that repairs car audio. I'm sure the people there can repair anything, but I'm guessing they just don't want to open up that can of worms since they're busy enough as it is. Took them over a week to warranty repair my Denon home theater system.
