Baby on the way had to trade the 8 in . kept it in the family and got a 09 mazda 3 hatchback. ill still be on the 8 and mazda 3 forums thanks guys and keep rotarys alive

na it was my choice wayyyy more room. and that 2.3 is pretty fast its growing on me.

 

You just joined July 08 and already giving up? I bought my 8 in 05 and Had a daughter XMAS07 and never had to trade it in, Fits the stroller, fits the car seat, fits the Diaper Bag, Fits everything, and its probably safer than the 3!! Now that I got a DVD Head Unit in My car with rear TV's my daughter (1 2/3 yrs old) likes to watch SPONGEBOB on long drives! She loves spongebob, and she even knows the Opening line...............R U ready kids?? Aye aye captain! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh who lives in a Pineapple under the sea......Doesnt get better than this! My daughter loves the 8 and pretending she's driving...

The rx8 works great when the kids are a little older. I bought mine when they were able to walk so they could put themselves in the back. There is no way I would have the rx8 if it was the primary family car. As a second car being used to take and pick the kids up works great.

 

so i knew the manager at herzog meier and got the 09 3 touring for 16k. (his fiance knows my wife) she calls my wife 4 days later and says the rx8 had to have $2,800 in repairs done lol. funny thing was that the car was in mint cond with only 30123 on the clock. 6 disc was broke but that was about it. they wont give me info about the repairs but im guessin the tranny? just kinda laughin about it

 

$2800 in repairs, huh.
