Up later today Ill try to do the 6 cd changer into my wifys car!
The biggest PITA will be dealing with the spring bolts. If you have a pair of vice grips then you are good. Dealing with the hangers can be a bit of a pain and remember to cut the exhaust shrouds.
makristal and i swapped exhausts today. that was a huge pain but only on the hangers. spring bolts were fine cause i have lots of alternate parts for them now. different bolts, nuts, and spring sizes.

Latest and Greatest:
Well, now in Louisiana and boy are RX8's cheap here, I see manual GTs with under 80k going for 8k or less!
So the RX8 is now at over 91k miles!!!! In dire need of a oil change. I just sold the RPF1s for 1400 with tires! And picking up a set of XXR 527's for the DD and a set of Advan RS on evom for the bing!

Hope all of my RX8 lovers in WA are going good!

Because from what I have seen and read it is one of the few systems that uses the whole power band for a smooth full power gain. Also, given the high compression compared to normal old 13B's, I rather go with a supercharged application because of reliability and no worry of boost creep or spike. I would DD my rx8, also seeing how I would only use the real power at track, where the RPMS are high I would have full power there. Also, unlike some other people on the forum. I want my RX8 to respond like factory intended, to be a track monster not a redlight to redlight screamer so I dont mind the fact power is low in low rpms. I also dont like the fact the Pettit, greddy, hymee, and other kits do not utilize the full power ban.
Plus, with Steve Kan just four hours away I will be excited to have my car tuned by him before returning to WA, woot woot.

So Rotary started to seem like it was losing power. Took her in @ 97060 miles. Did maintance and compression check...
Results?
100% Pass, same compression as the test I did at 52K and its a little better than the factory rating. So this lead to the fact that my Coils and wires where going out! Misfires after 6500 rpm.
Today I ordered the BHR Igition, I am suppose to have it by Fri. So lets see what she does ^_^.
