Packwood Pro-Solo - July 18-19th
So technically the next ProSolo is next weekend, but several of us are planning on heading to Ft. Lewis to help Faith&Firepower out with his new parts. Thing is, I think it would be a lot of fun to show up with a big group and run together in a ProSolo so let's see if we can plan it out to get a ton of 8's to the July ProSolo!
What is a ProSolo? It's like a normal autocross except they setup 2 mirrored courses side by side and you do a drag start, complete with a light tree. Looking over the times from the first one it looks like each side is around 30 seconds long but you get 4 runs on each side, guaranteed. If you feel like being really competitive, you can hit the one next weekend first, that way come the one in July, your results could potentially qualify you for Nationals (if you kick some serious ***! Almost all of us have to run in NS4 because of the standard mods most people do).
The one for July is labeled as a 2 day event, not sure why, but Packwood is the middle of god damned nowhere and about 2 hours from Seattle, more like 2.5hrs from Portland. Given that, I thought it might be cool to make a weekend of it, have everyone meet up Friday night, bbq/campout in Packwood at the actual event if possible and if not, at one of the local camp sites, run Saturday (I THINK we'll get all the runs in Saturday, but I'm going to have to look into it more, it might be the stock classes go one day and the non-stocks the other). Would people be interested?

^how were the lapping days? What are the experience and instructor requirements?
the hpde is w/ PCA at Pacific Raceways on July 29. I think I will go to this one
July 10 BMWCCA has one too and then they also do a weekend one in Spokane (went to this and it was awesome) This is October 24 and 25. That was a bit more though, like $500, but they have repaved the track this year.
