So I got a $43 parking ticket at a Mcdonalds right near the Space needle. I don't want to pay it but it says it could forward it to collections? Does that mean the credit score collections companies?

Yes, it will. I had one go to that, it's bullshit because I never got the actual ticket, like they didn't put it on my windshield right or something and it blew away.
