New 8 Owner in the Portland area!

Hey guys, just picked her up on Nov 25. I live in Lake Oswego, haven't seen to many 8's around. I know there is an owner of a sunlight silver near West Lake Park but thats about it.

Anyway, here is a pick of my new baby!

I'd be up for that, but not until the the snow, rocks and sand are completely off the roads. The front of my black Jetta was absolutely destroyed by rock chips because Oregon dumps sand and rock instead of salt. I'm not going to let that happen to this car.

I took a pile of gravel off the back of a Waste Management (I shouldn't follow so close) truck going over the Freemont Bridge last week. It pays to know someone with a body shop in this town. Seems like I need to have the front end of my cars painted every couple of years.

Congrats - I think I saw your car a couple of days ago (or your evil twin) out on Childs rd . Nice car. I don't own a 8 (own a 3) but my buddy owns a nice Tit grey one with R.B. exhaust. Pretty nice. On Rock chips everybody, you can live with them or get the paint touched up and get Clearshield put on .I know my Buddy's shop out in Beaverton will do both for you. It's called Apex Restoration and ask for John (also he's a Mazda freak). They do a sweet job and I'll be doing it after the winter .psu15582 has been there before our last meet & drive last summer (which we are looking to be doing again a couple of times this year) Also PIGBAIT you should take your car out for track days this year . I'll be posting dates as soon as they come availible
