I saw you!
Saw a guy at the intersection of 148th NE and NE 8th yesterday evening, we both waved. Titanium gray with no spoiler, who was that?

I believe I may have seen you about a week ago but I was driving my truck at the time (coming home from Home Depot).

Well, it wasn't any of you guys, but on my way home Sunday on I-5 around Kalama there was a group of six silver RX-8s that came up from behind and went speeding past. They got off at one of the exits near there. There must be a silver club or something. LOL

I saw a Whitewater Pearl with the touring package and full accent package this afternoon in Woodinville. There was a rather attractive looking woman driving it. I was of course driving my truck since I was headed to Home Depot for paint. Home Depot loves me if you haven't figure that out yet.
There is another Whitewater Pearl car that lives somewhere near Juanita beach. I've seen it a bunch of times in the last month.
Either of these cars belong to people on here?

I see so many ppl with 8's in Kirkland and always try to nod to them. No one has ever acknowledged me till today. I just assumed all the 8 owners in the eastside were stuck up!

I think that relatively few RX-8 owners are enthusiasts; to many of them, this is just a car they bought. It is very rare that I get a return wave from another RX-8 when I'm driving the RX-8, but I almost always get a return wave from another S2000 when I'm driving the S2000.

Yeah that's only been the 2nd wave I'd gotten since I've been here in the Seattle area. First one was with an Indian guy pulled up beside me with the exact car as mine. I just yelled, "Nice car!" while he cracked up.

LOL! I wave all the time when I see RX-8s. Some Asian guy with a bleach-blonde in the passenger seat waved at me one time. I saw him about a week later and waved again (had the woman with him again) and that time he flipped me off. Maybe she got upset that some other woman was waving at him.

And there is a 50ish year old woman in my neighborhood who drives a Copper Red Shinka. I wave, she always gives a little wave and looks embarrased. It's way funny.

I often see a couple RX-8s in my work parking lot. I work in the big black office buildings across the street from t-mobile headquarters in factoria, behind the theater there.

not Factoria. I work on the Isle of Mercer (makes it sound more like a desirable destination in my head). Oh and who's got the X-men wing on the dark gray RX-8?

I saw a grey with a wing like that right after I first got mine. It was going north on 405, just crossing I-90. Never saw it again.
Last weekend, when I met BunnyGirl and jisoo in Bellevue for lunch, we were sitting in the front window of McCormick & Schmick's and I think 4 or 5 RX8's passed us while we were eating, in the span of about 90 minutes. I was sort of surprized.

Somewhere between say 5:00p and 7:00p (I don't remember when I was where)? Probably me then. '04, gray, very satisfied.
