What up duders! Not new to the rotary game but I did recently pick up an 05 gt and I absolutely love it! Figured I see enough 8s rolling around that I would see what up!

I am also on the north side of Spokane. I don't have my 8 out much though because I think she is suffering from compression loss

There is a master rotary tech at Mazda of Everett. His name is Matt. I don't have a personal connection with him and I don't know your opinion on stealerships but until I know more about this car (still new to 8's and rotaries), I will be taking it there and only working with him if something comes up that I cannot handle myself.

Again, I can't vouch for the guy personally (though he did do my pre buyer's inspection/compression test) but until I know of any other options, I will be going to him.

I was also with my friend who was buying a car at Magic Toyota in Lynwood. The sales guy, Dan, made mention of someone out in snohomish but did not elaborate...so that's pretty useless info.. Sorry. Lol

Just picked up my 05 with 76k miles on it this past saturday. I'm also in Tacoma WA if anyone wants to convoy or meet up. I'm already working on the AUX upgrade, and working through the Group 1 items in the newbie forum. Always up for any suggestions or hints in how to keep my dorito spinning!

Hello, I'm new to the forms.
Picked up my first rotary about 8 months ago for cheap. I enjoy "different" cars so I figured why not. I'm located in Shoreline WA. Interested in getting involved with local meets, track days, etc. Here are some pics of my 04. Copper stock wheels and copper interior panels.

 

Hey there, I live in Tacoma. Been seeing a lot of 8's on the road and want to get something setup. All meet in Seattle and drive to Issaquah? Farther?

Would also be a cool trip from Seattle to Atkins Rotary in Eatonville. Dan is really cool, loves to talk about your car, and would prolly be all for it. They have a huge property there and we could most likely fit a good amount of cars. They have a view of the lake and valley right there at the shop. It's a really nice drive too.

 

Went to Atkins today to get premix and spoke with Dan about a meet up. He said it shouldn't be a problem and that I'd have to clear it with Mom.

So I'll get in touch with her and see if we can get something solid. He said they have done a few meet ups there before and it's normally a good showing. I'm sure they'd put up something on Facebook for the day.
