Hi all you new or soon to be RX-8 owners. A group of us guys are getting together and having a cruise Saturday August 2nd. The exact details aren't finalized, but here is the thread on the RX7club.com forum.

Hopefully any of you new RX-8 owners, or if you will have your RX-8 by then can come andhave some fun, and if you don't have your RX-8 yet come along anyways and meet some fellow Rotary owners.

 

Looks like this meet is going to shape up really nice, any RX-8's at all going to be able to make it? Anyone? Please?

 

I would love to make it, but unfortunately, I will be working all day Saturday... Damn Duty day... hehe...

 

hmmm... might pick up my car today and the boss just gave me saturday off so it's possible? time and place?

 

We are meeting at Steel Lake Park, the parking lot were we are all meeting together is to the right off 312th St, can't miss all the RX-7's.

DIRECTIONS GOING NORTH FROM TACOMA
1. Merge onto I-5 N toward SEATTLE
2. Take the S. 320TH ST. exit- exit number 143- toward FEDERAL WAY.
3. Turn LEFT onto S 320TH ST.
4. Turn RIGHT onto 23RD AVE S
5. Turn RIGHT onto S 312TH ST

DIRECTIONS GOING SOUTH FROM SEATTLE
1. Merge onto I-5 N toward Tacoma/portland
2. Take the S. 320TH ST. exit- exit number 143- toward FEDERAL WAY.
3. Turn RIGHT onto S 320TH ST.
4. Turn RIGHT onto 23RD AVE S.
5. Turn RIGHT onto S 312TH ST.

Starts at 11:00AM, at 12:00 we are either going to take a short cruise together and come back and have a BBQ at the same place, or have the BBQ at 12:00 and maybe have a cruise together afterward. Should be about 15-20 cars of all different generations.

This place is maybe 1hr 1/2 drive from Portland, its just past Tacoma.
