damn

that sucks dude, i hope everything goes good for you. my girls car got egged on sat night so i was looking into a camera set up to monitor my parents front yard at night. i may be paranoid or something but luckily i dropped my car off at University Mazda right after the meet. I'm pretty sure my car would have been the one messed up. good luck man.

ok so i have a little something put together for those who are interested.

i've been talking to Jeremy from Cascade Dent who comes highly recommended with 16 yrs experience. he's agreed to meet up with us for some paintless dent removal (pdr) and get us some reasonably cheap repairs. i couldn't nail down specific price/car or anything but here's an idea of the cost.

small easy to access from the inside dents like hood/front door/fender/trunk: $50-$75 per panel
harder things like suicide doors or anything more difficult to reach from the inside would cost more unless we remove the pieces for him to gain access (easy)
big dents (i don't think any of us have those) are going to be more like $100-$120.

i was thinking we could do a quick trial sometime soon with a few of us just to gauge the cost/benefit. perhaps we could do a morning session this saturday down at/near faith's install at ft. lewis? i'd be down to give it a go and get rid of some of my annoying dents. anyone else up for this first round? after this, if all goes well, we can pick a day and get everyone together.

let me know.

I've got an appointment with Jeremy from Cascade Dent on Thursday (6/18/09) to fix a ding in my left front fender. I will try and get some before and after pictures and will post up how it goes.

Well, I got my dent removed yesterday. I think Jeremy did a very good job. I've attached a before and after picture. This was a rather hard dent to photograph so it doesn't really show up that well in the before picture.

One warning though. Jeremy saw two dents on my car that I hadn't notice. This was good though because we got these fixed as well but be ready for him to notice dings that most people would never see.

I'm very happy with the results.

It was easy to see in person if you were looking for it, I just couldn't get a picture with the reflections right so it would show up good.

^^hey let me know what Jeremy wants to do the paintless dent removal. I have a couple i would like to have taken out and maybe he would hook us up with a little discount if we bring the cars in together.

any idea what it would cost to get like 3-4 dents removed? there about dime size each and I would love to get them all done at a good price. I can take pics if that would help.

its usually done by panel so it depends on where they are and how hard to access from the inside it is

I see. I think i asked you before, but do you know if he would offer a little bit of a discount if a couple of us brought our cars in to get dents repaired?

Aug sometime if we can get a hook up. I had a place look at the 4 that bother me the most and they wanted around 200+ for them. I would like to do more around $30 a dent, if possible.

Jeremy did a very good job for me. I would highly recommend him. Personally I would rather pay a little extra to have someone I trust or was recommended than find the cheapest deal around.
