WA Anyone in the Okanogan/Wenatchee area?

I'm about to move from Portland, OR back home to Oroville, WA. Curious if anyone is in the area. If so, hit me up. I have access anytime to a full 4-bay shop, with a lift, heat, air, tons of air tools, my new welder(I'm a fabricator so I get giddy with welders).

Maybe because its a little far, drive up, crash for a day, have an install day, then take off. I'll be livin in this house to myself. Its 5-bed, 2-bath. This is the view from the upstairs porch.

Well, I'm actually moving up because there is a lack of work here, and my dad is swamped with his job, as a mechanic. We have had a shop there since about 1920, so the name is well-known. I will help him work at the shop, and I am trying to snag some side work for the weekends/nights/etc. I will also look around for something full time. I actually was just talking with my Dad about that house, and we are thinking about furnishing it, and renting it out per week throughout the summer. He said if I take over on everything, once he gets his small share, the rest is mine. I'd be in charge of bills, maintenance, cleaning, yard work, booking, advertising, etc, but I think we might opt that way. Still a sweet deal.

BTW, if you look straight across the lake, at the house 3rd from the left, with the red roof. Thats my dads house, that is why I would be living if I decide to rent it out.

Thanks ^ ! I have actually been discussing with my dad, and I think I am going to furnish the house, and rent it out weekly during the summertime. Its 4 miles from Canada, on the lake, 5 bed, probably sleep at least 12 comfortably. Hit me up! RX8club.com members get deals! haha, this won't be for a few months though.
