Thanks. A bit better pay than last time, I don't have to put commute miles on my car, at all, and the work looks to be SOOOO much EASIER than it was at ATG.

I am! In building 9 when I actually go into the office. Someone has a red RX-8 that parks near building 9 a lot of the times as well.

When I was in high school, Interlake, we use to go to a secluded wooded section of Redmond/Bellevue just Northeast of Bell-Red Road and 156th called 80 Acres. This is where we would have keggers in high school. Now it's called Microsoft.

Ha ha! Erick, did you know about the place called 40 Acres on the SW side of Lake Sammamish? I spent my senior prom night there at a kegger

^Of course it counts! But then you'd actually have to show up for lunch though

Let's all do lunch. I'm not that far away either.

Jisoo.... Did I tell you my daughter finally got a job? It's at Microsoft too. Thanks for your help though.

Friday is my only possibility next week. What time do you usually eat lunch? I've got a telecon between 11 and noon.

Jisoo - you gonna try and make it?

Others?

What was the name of that park down on Lake Sammamish, on Lake Sammamish Parkway. Down at the bottom of the hill that goes up into Eastgate,,, Vaser or something like that. Square Dancing in the Red Barn across the street.
Is that what your thinking of?
Spent many a sunny day at Lake Sammamish State Park with my Red '74 RX-4 .

Hmmm... I think I know what you're talking about, but I thought that one was on the east side of the lake close to Lake Sammamish State Park. I never knew the name of it. The area that we called 40 Acres didn't have a lot by it that I can remember. It was on the Eastgate side of the lake though, but more down toward Issaquah.

"many a sunny day"??? Are you sure you lived in the Seattle area? j/k Must have been end of July/beg. of August

Vasa Park was what the park I was thinking of. I think you are talking about Timberlake Park, North side of the Lake Sammamish Parkway. Basically the South side of the lake.

Yeah I'll try to make it, just tell me when and where. Tell your daughter congrats on finding a job. She could've worked here at Expedia but I guess we can't all be as cool as me....hehe j/k.

I can still do Friday this week. How about noon? I rarely eat in Bellevue though - anyone have a favorite? Someplace between Bellevue and Eastgate?

Where, exactly, is East Gate. I know the roads (and only the fun ones), not the neighborhoods.

If you're on I-90 going east from Mercer Island, after you pass under 405, Eastgate is the first major area you come to. Bellevue Community College is on the north side and no too far away from where Jisoo works at Expedia I think. There are also car dealships, like Carter Subaru.

I was thinking someplace between Eastgate and Redmond, especially so Jisoo can make it, but I can do whatever works for you guys. I work from home that day.

That works for me. Maybe I'll put in a couple extra hours tomorrow and just make Friday a half day.

How 'bout Applebees - 3520 Factoria Blvd SE, Bellevue, WA?
