Try University Mazda in Seattle.

A friend of mine got his reflashed there without an argument. Ask for Paul.

I second the opinion of University Mazda. I had no trouble at
all with my reflash during an oil change.

Doug's did the flash on my car with no push back. That was about 6 weeks ago.

you guys noticed teh originators complaint was from april right? that was during the time before the MSP was released when the dealers were refusing to read and fully understand the updated original M flash TSB. even when you highlighted it and read it aloud for everyone to hear.

Thumbs up Doug's Is Ok

Doug's Mazda has treated me right, but.... that is where I bought my 8! I'm just giving a thumbs up to them, because it appears that several here in this thread have had bad experiences.

Doug's

I braught the car in for the air bag recal and I mentioned it to them that there was a Flash for the vehicle. They pulled it up on there computer and sure enought they saw it was needed as well. Scheduled the work and had it completed. I have only had exceptional service from them.
