Does anyone have any positive feedback for the KMR motor mounts I've seen swaps with the rx8performance mount and seem to be good to go but have not seen any swap here with the KMR

KMR motor mounts only come with solid aluminum mounts.
Your going to feel every vibration from the engine throughout the car.
For a race car its ok but not good for a street car.
It comes down to what your willing the live with.

I would go with the ones (and plan to) that are not sold by a thief.

anytime RX8Performance is mentioned you generate more NVH than those solid mounts

My RX8 is a dedicated competition vehicle and even I don't want solid engine mounts. Stiff urethane is bad enough. If I wanted solid mounts they are so easy to build that I wouldn't bother buying any.

I would never put solid mounts even in a dedicated track car, not a fan. Stiff poly mounts are much better IMO.

I would get the KMR set and order up some polyurethane from McMaster Carr or something and make some poly mounts for those.

They're designed to bolt directly between the engine and subframe. You might as well build a set from scratch or just get the RX8P FD3 engine swap mount which has several positive advantages IMO
