DAMN! Progress looks f'n excellent!!!
How did you take out the rear glass? Break it during the removal process? I have been digging on how to remove the glass from mine without breaking it, as I dont really want to replace it, but it seems to be a bit of a crap shoot haha

Edit: The rear one didn't break. The glass man said they are more resilient, as long as you have the right tool and technique, it shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks! I sold my other track car, so it will go from a distraction in the garage to my next track toy. I'm focused on finishing it, but it will still be a slow build though, ain't getting in debt to finish it

I'll take that back. I may credit card my way into finishing this damn thing. The withdraw may kill me next season, haha! 2016 No Star Bash, Photo Cred: Super Street Magazine On-Line.

A little more work done. Trying to set my ride height and fitted my spare wheels. Also, installed the Tilton reservoirs and handbrake. Finished my exhaust and now taking the car apart one less time to give attention to the components individually, including a lot of sand blasting and powder coating, plus rebuilding and upgrading the LS1. Next time it goes back together will be to run!

I do want to do some HPDE/TT stuff with it, there are a few tracks that are in my bucket list and I miss grip driving. Road America will sure be the next, I wanna hit Summit Point and COTA, eventually.

Awesome build! I'm keeping my wretched RX-8 stock with a new Renesis for now, but the car has lived a hard life and isn't worth making into a gorgeous street car. I hope to procure another non-running but clean RX-8 in a year or two that my drivetrain will go into, then I'll make my current one a dedicated track car (and LS would be the wisest path for me to take at that time).
What did you end up doing with all of the interior parts that didn't get cooked extra crispy?

What are you doing for fueling? What tank, pump, regulator, filter and how are you running your lines?
EDIT: Also, great looking build! I really enjoy watchign the videos. It gives some inspiration.
