Will These new rims fit?

Exclamation Will These new rims fit?

I have a 2005 Rx8 standard and im looking to get
KONIG® - CONTROL Matte Black (16" x 7", +40 Offset, 5x114.3 Bolt Pattern, 73.1mm Hub)
Will these fit on my car, and i have stock tires can they fit on these rims?

No and no. The wheels won't clear the brakes, so you won't be able to put them on the car, and you can't move tires from an 18" stock wheel to a 16" wheel. Think about it.

Do you know any rims from american racing or konig that will fit my car? And can i clear the brakes with spacers?
