RedLine MT90 is pretty common around here. Some folks had really good things to say about Eneos.

Whatever you choose, make sure it's GL4, NOT GL5.

I like and use Redline MT-90 in my transmission and Redline 75W90 in my differential. Eneos is highly-regarded. There is a less expensive Motorcraft gear oil that is also well-liked, but I am not sure of the part number.

I've tried the Redline.
I've tried the Royal Purple.
I've tried just about all the premium Xmission fluids.

In my not so humble opinion, Ford Motorcraft Full Synthetic Manual Transmission Fluid is superior to all of 'em.

Smoother shifts, especially when cold.
The synchros seem to ramp up more smoothly.

Thanks for the info guys! My tranny is fairly noisy when I let the clutch out in neutral but it doesn't sound like a bearing. Hopefully she just need a fluid change

This is normal, these trannies make sort of a marbles rolling in a can sound in neutral.
