Throwing codes around

I just went for my emissions and failed horribly but the car runs great. Mind boggling right. So here are the codes that I need remedied p2070, p0037, u0100, plus 3 that are being monitored. Now I bought this car mainly for parts for my 04 rx8. But I had some luck with it. I had to jump It off to start it and it would die when it hit normal operating temperature. Now I have changed all coils plugs and wires. Even changed some cooling fan fuses. Car runs great now. However it's not throwing a cel. I'm not sure where to start to remedy this problem wS looking for any insight and thoughts thanks. Car has 147k miles on it and it's a 05 rx8 automatic
