Are you trying to post outside of the new members forum?
Have you attached pictures?

Those are typically where you run into forum rules/moderation for the first 30 days

No, somewhere I found the rule about new members only posting within this section. So, I started a "Hi there thread" within this section. However, I don't see it posted nor listed on my post within my account.
