Standard engine vs automatic engine

So,I have a guy interested in my engine however his car is an automatic. Will my engine work for him or not?
Mine is the 6 port 6 speed manual engine.

im pretty sure all engines 2006+ are the same 6 port motor.ecu, trans starter etc are different but i think the short block is the same

No, you can't interchange autos and manuals without serious modifications.

2004-2005 it's a no go, but like stated above, if his is a 2006-2008, the core can be swapped. He'll need to continue to use his own manifolds and everything that bolts to the block, but the keg is the same.
