SSV is seized, can't remove it from the intake manifold with any amount of force.
I have been lurking this forum for quite some time for tips and tricks but decided to create an account because I couldn't find someone with a quite literally jammed SSV.
I have followed the instructions on this video to remove the SSV:
The reason I am doing this is because the SSV is stuck closed, I have lightly tapped the part that rotates with the vacuum to try and free it so that I may pull it out, but not even that helped. It also only moved with a considerable tapping force...
I have done everything I can think of when it comes to removing the SSV and am coming here as a last resort. Is there something else that I can do to free it up so that I can clean it?
Cheers.
