Which solenoid valve should I buy on Amazon (There's dozens of them)

Hey guys, got the DTC code p2259 today. Researched the issue well on the forums and came to the conclusion I have to replace my Air Solenoid Valve.

While looking around Amazon, there are literally dozens of results, ranging from $15 to $40. They all look like they come from the same manufacturer. My question is; is there a difference in buying the $15 one vs the $40 one? Links down below.

I can't tell you the difference between the $15 and $40 one but I can tell you that I bought
this one this one
in 2017 and it still works while
this one this one
was DOA (wouldn't hold vacuum).

My DOA solenoid looks like both of the ones you mention (with the semi-circles cast into the top).

It's a crapshoot either way. At least the solenoids aren't hard to replace.

Thanks so much for your suggestions. I'll go ahead and get that $24 one you linked.

All of mine tested good, including the purge valve solenoid so I didn't need one. While ordering other stuff on RockAuto I saw a normal solenoid on the EVAP tab for cheap and ordered it up. It tested good out of the box and is now just a hot spare I keep in the toolbox.

It was this SKP part, erroneously listed as the EVAP PURGE valve:

Just make sure you test the new solenoid before you install it.
Scroll to the bottom.

Apply 10 psi vacuum to port A without power applied and it should hold it with minimal loss for several minutes.
Apply 12v (from any common wall wart power brick) and the vacuum should be lost.
