I'm trying to balance the crankshaft, I've built the bushes of the same weight of the rotor.

To put the crankshaft on the baler with flywheel, bolt and bushes but the car tells me that it was unbalanced by 40grams on the counterbore and 10 on the flywheel.

I wanted to ask if the oil weight inside the rotor should be added too?
