Rx8 won't start after trip to store

My trip to the store was normal just as any other, although I don't drive my car much and admittingly haven't started my car in about a month. I turned the car off, went into the store, came back out and the car wouldn't start. As far as I know, there were absolutely no signs of this car breaking down. The car would crank and sound like it was about to start. I've already flooded the car once since and i'm trying to find some spark plugs to change them. I know this isn't much to go off of but any help would be really appreciated.

How far is BevMo from your crib? Was the engine still cold?

is the BevMo part a joke? never heard of it before but google tells me they sell alcoholic beverages ha. anyway I traveled somewhere around 10 miles on the highway just before this. I was warming the engine up for about 10 minutes before this and when I opened up the hood after it wouldn't start the engine was a normal temp. I was going pretty fast on the way there, but didn't do anything out of the ordinary for the rx8. Really i'm hoping it is just the spark plugs. My local Autozone had to get them special ordered and they'll be here Saturday afternoon.

Yes, and an excellent joke at that.
My guess is coils, but plugs might help initially, do you have a check engine light?

No check engine light. The coils will be the next thing I go to if the plugs don't get it running. Strange thing is that my power steering light came on and went back off today when I was checking the car out again. I don't think this would have anything to do with it not starting but feel this is worth mentioning

When was the ignition system replaced last time? What's the mileage of the car?

If you need to replace the spark plugs, you may as well replace the whole ignition system as well. The OEM coil packs are known to burn out after about 30k miles.

Hopefully you don't have compression loss...

I don't know when the ignition system was last replaced, I'll have to reach out for the previous owner to find that out. Currently it has 114k miles on it, so it'd make sense to me that the coils burnt out if its roughly every 30k miles.

I googled this and found this on this board

"Socket set...$25.00
Spark plugs...$80.00
Coils...$130.00"

While I know this is just an estimate (my plugs were around $130 with shipping) do you think that would be a good estimate?

You can go to http://shop.mazmart.com/en/rx8-ignition to check the prices.

Make sure you use quality coils.
