Rx8 series 2, idle vibration

Hello guys
My rx8 is series2 ,manual, 65000kms
No problem with the compression rate
Did change the engine oil three times in 170kms
New spark plugs, coil, and clean up the maf sensor
Have no issues when driving.
When I stop the car, the rev keep moving from 900rpm to 700rpm, same situation when ac on or off
No codes I can found. I am going to replace the maf sensor. I don't know will that works.
Is the engine mounts problem? Or intake pipe leak? Or any other situation can cause this problem?
Thanks

Don't throw parts at the problem until you've properly diagnosed it.

It's really unlikely that engine mounts would cause a change in RPM.

A/C can do it and the compressor will turn on when the HVAC system is set to defrost even if the A/C button is off.

Check your MAF rate and LTFT.

I'd bet you have a vacuum leak.

^this. I second the idea it's a intake leak behind the MAF.
