Rx8 problems

I got a rx8 for 6.800, the guy I bought it from lied about the car being perfect and I had to pay for a new clutch, from there, my alternator went bad, battery, fuel injectors, water pump, thermostat, fuel pump, starter, spark wires, ignition coils, and then cleared the old coolant and put redline wetter water, alongside using premix 2 cycle and after everything being brand new, I start the car and coolant leaks, creates massive puddles around the car and I did my research on the car and found out that my heater radiator is causing smoke to come up from under the hood and lots of mist but just for the passenger side to be damp and moist, I’m taking out the radiator and fan just thinking of doing a engine rebuild since my car has coolant coming from the exhaust which is a no good thing, anyone have any suggestions, tips or ideas before I get started on my rebuild, if not then the rebuild must continue. Due keep in mind I got everything brand new!

Don't rebuild your engine, it's not like a piston where you change gaskets and keep going. If there's any suspicious it was overheated or has high miles, the big parts are probably not reusable. Contact a rotary rebuilder like Rotary Resurrection, Pineapple, Pettit or even Mazda dor pricing on a ready rebuilt engine.

Water wetter is the 100% wrong thing to use in this car. OEM coolant only.

I'm not sure I follow the part about mist and heater radiator. There's only one radiator, and the heater core is beind the firewall.
