Okay, so I need a few things, I need to buy an undertray for my radiator and a front lip for my 2004. I went to mazdatrix, but they didnt have an undertray as far as I could tell.

I also have something interesting happening. Sometimes when I shut off my car, the fans turn on after a few seconds...? Anyone know anything about that?

Mazmart has the undertray, I believe.

The fan staying on is normal. It comes on when the coolant and/or engine compartment temps are above certain thresholds.

 

Thank you! I was really scared about that fan staying on lol. Any sort of odd thing scares me in this car because of the many things that can go wrong

 

You should read the stickies in the new owners forum in order to give you a better idea what to expect with the rotary

 

I have already read through everything.

 

The fan will probably stay on less often with the undertray on.
