The server itself is hosted on freenode, and I've never personally worked on a site that in which was requested to block it.

 

I have had no problem connecting to it from work, which was a surprise because most sites are blocked...

 

Really depends on the filtering capacity of where you work. My company recently started enabling URL filtering which tries to assign a category to the site based on its url.
