Red Line in tranny, now shifts are clunky

Anyone else had trouble with red line mt fluid? used the Red Line (50304) MT-90 75W-90 GL-4 Manual Transmission, original fluid i believe at 63k, 2004 model driven light for most of those years, fluid was dark and had a slight metal shine to the fluid which worried me, seems like you should do the first tranny fluid change at 30k. Anyways was having trouble with reverse sometimes grinding and some gears would slightly grind unless a put some effort into shifting it when i used to be able to shift with my pinky it was so smooth. the fluid change so far has fixed the reverse issue, but thats about it. the overall random gear grind got better i think but the shifting seems harder than the old fluid. anyone else have this issue with redline gear oil? I also did the rear brakes and bleed all 4 calipers and the clutch, brake fluid was original and nasty, not sure if that has anything to do with the shifting. I havent put many miles on the fluid so i hope it will get better overtime.

That’s exactly why I don’t use MT-90 and it will get worse as temperatures drop with the winter months. Which is why I also keep trying to get people here to consider using the Ford Motorcraft fluid instead
