Greetings forum!

First things first, I wanted to join the forum to send out a hearty thank you to all the members that contributed to the informational threads on the site. Prior to browsing here, I had a basic understanding of what a rotary engine was and how it differed from a piston motor. This forum gave me the knowledge I needed to ask the right questions at the dealership before purchasing my new addiction!

Significant thanks goes out to RIWWP, your threads and the way you compiled other threads to help new owners was invaluable!

Now onto the good stuff! :D

Tomorrow night I will be taking ownership of a 2010 Crystal White Pearl Tricoat RX-8 R3. It was love at first sight!

Which dealership is that one located at? I stopped by and drove a SII GT at Burlington Mazda a couple weeks ago, they are indeed beautiful.

 

congrats - I've been looking at R3's now as well since they've depreciated so fast and such a sweet car - Enjoy it!

 

It was in Scarborough, Agincourt Mazda. They have a black 2011 GT there with 30k on the odo for 28,999 it is an auto though. The one I got is a 6 spd.
