Why can't I post anywhere other than new members subforum?

It is part of the rules for new members. You can reply to posts in other subforums but you can not create threads anywhere but in the new members section. This will be lifted after 30 days and 10+ posts.

Read the announcements at the very top of the new members forum. They are displayed in BOLD blue (or red) letters titled "Why can't I post"! Simple reading goes a long way here...
