I know the PS issue has been covered in several threads. I've cleaned the connectors, reset the ECU all with little improvement on the steering which shakes when turning at slow speeds (such as parking). I've recently replaced the steering harness and that did improve things quite a bit (such as bumping while turning corners). Still have that low speed wobble while barely moving. Even took out the EPS module and cleaned the connectors with no help.

At what point do we consider replacing the EPS rack?
Is the steering angle sensor a suspect and is it replaceable?
Does anyone have any feedback on the rebuilt units such as Detroit Axle for $450 or on of the units from eBay for a little bit more?
