Thanks. I've grabbed Torque and ordered a Bluetooth adapter from eBay. Hopefully it's not a lemon but for $5, I can take the chance.

I just got the BAFX OBDII scanner from Amazon and links without issues and the Torque app. So far I found out the same thing as you right off the bat, can't go past 6K after I heard a loud pop on the street (Car only has 39K miles on it). I read all about potential clog in the cat and haven't driven it since I got it home. I check for pending codes and see the CEL P0411. Now I'm scouring the forums for another cat. Good luck with the rebuild!

If it's a lemon, they'll refund. Don't worry man

Thanks! Hopefully the rebuild will give her at least another 80k of life.

Gutting the cat is probably the cheapest way to go. If you don't want to gut it, yet you don't want to pay $1000 for a new cat, I suggest checking out Black Halo Racing. They have both a catted and non-catted midpipe. I went with non-catted, because flames. :-p
